Peace of mind.......
What do those words convey to you? Rest, relaxation,
tranquility? These are just a few of the feelings that

your senses or bathe in warm water tempered with oils or
salts that will please the inner person. As you gently
wash the body that is yours, tingling sensations will
build a new vibrance that release the mundane stresses of
the day. Soft music will enhance the plateau of joy you
will reach.
After you have toweled off, apply complementing lotions
to provide a mental walk through your field of choice. If
so inclined and available, a massage with special oils
from a loved one, will place you in that restful state
that effects your total mental being.
